The challenge
Finding the right instructor is getting harder
Capacity peaks
Fleet growth, new hires and recurrent waves rarely line up with the instructors you have on the roster.
Scarce qualifications
A current SFI, TRI or examiner on the right type is hard to find, and takes months to qualify internally.
Months you do not have
Finding, checking and contracting an instructor yourself takes weeks of work by people who are already running a training operation.
What we provide
The most common types. All training roles.
Our standing pool runs to more than a hundred instructors and examiners: experienced captains with a major-airline background, on the A320 family, A330/A350, B737, B747, B777, B787 and E190. Whether you need one examiner for a peak week or a team of instructors for a type-rating campaign, we match from people we know and have screened.

We know airline training from the inside
Instructorrecruitment.com was founded by two serving airline captains who each ran an airline training organisation as Training Manager. We’ve sat on your side of the table, planning capacity, qualifying instructors and answering for the standard.

Every instructor we put forward is someone we’d have accepted in our own training organisations.

FAQ
Common questions
Which roles can you provide?
Simulator instructors (SFI/TRI), examiners (SFE/TRE), route instructors and LCAs, and CRM trainers, individually or as a team.
Which aircraft types do you cover?
The A320 family, A330/A350, B737, B747, B777, B787 and E190. Tell us yours and we’ll confirm what we have available.
How quickly can you match?
Because we match from an existing, vetted database, we usually know within days whether we have a fit, not months.
How is an assignment arranged?
You have one conversation and one set of paperwork with us, whether it covers a single examiner or a team for a full campaign. The form the engagement takes depends on your organisation and your jurisdiction, and we settle that with you per assignment.
Is travel included?
Yes. We arrange flights, hotel and transport between hotel and simulator, so the instructor shows up ready to work.
What does it cost to explore?
Nothing. Tell us what you need; a request is free and comes without obligation.
Tell us what you’re trying to staff
From one examiner for a peak week to a full type-rating campaign.
