1. Who we are

Instructorrecruitment.com is a trading name of Pilotrecruitment.com B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 94152934, De Entree 201, 1101 HG Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“Instructorrecruitment.com”, “we”, “us”).

2. What we do

We connect airlines, training organisations and training centers (“clients”) with simulator instructors, examiners, route instructors and CRM trainers (“instructors”), and we can arrange the associated logistics. The specific services, engagement structure and commercial terms for an assignment are agreed in the assignment documentation for that assignment; these terms apply to the use of our website and to our services in general.

3. No employment; engagement per assignment

Registering with us does not create an employment relationship, an obligation to offer assignments, or an obligation to accept them. The engagement structure for an assignment, including remuneration and terms, is agreed per assignment in the assignment documentation.

4. For clients

• Presenting a candidate is not a guarantee of availability, suitability or acceptance; the client decides whether to accept a candidate.
• The client remains responsible for its own regulatory approvals, training standards and the conduct of its training operation.
• Exploring a requirement with us is free of charge; fees only arise as agreed in the assignment documentation.
• The client shall not, for the duration agreed in the assignment documentation, engage an instructor introduced by us outside of us without our written consent.

5. For instructors

• Registration is free, without obligation and without exclusivity.
• You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and current, and that you hold and maintain the licences, ratings and medical certificates you state.
• You inform us promptly of changes that affect your qualifications or availability.

6. Qualifications and verification

We screen instructor backgrounds and track records with care, but the client makes the final acceptance decision, and instructors remain responsible for the validity of their own licences and qualifications.

7. Liability

Our aggregate liability for any assignment is limited to the fees we have received for that assignment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including training delays or loss of revenue. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Anti-bribery, sanctions and export control

We conduct our business without bribery or corruption in any form and in compliance with applicable anti-bribery laws, including the UK Bribery Act 2010 and the U.S. FCPA where applicable. We comply with applicable sanctions and export-control regimes, and we will not conclude an assignment that would breach them.

The content of this website is provided for general information and may not be reproduced without permission. We may change the website and these terms; the current version always appears here.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms and our services are governed by Dutch law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
