For airlines & training organisations
Instructor capacity, when you need it
Simulator instructors, examiners, route instructors and CRM trainers, matched from a vetted database of experienced airline professionals, with one point of contact for terms, planning and logistics.
No cost to explore. Tell us what you need and we’ll come back with options.
The problem
Three ways instructor capacity bites
A peak you can’t staff
New-hire waves, fleet expansion or a recurrent bulge: the demand is temporary, but the shortfall is real.
A type you don’t have
An examiner or instructor on the right type, current and available. The market for scarce qualifications is thin.
A search you have no time for
Sourcing, checking and contracting an instructor yourself costs weeks of work by the people already running your training operation.
What you get
People we’d have hired ourselves
As former airline Training Managers we apply the same standard we answered for in our own organisations. Our standing pool runs to more than a hundred instructors and examiners: experienced captains with a major-airline background, typically 12,500+ hours of jet experience, current qualifications and a verifiable track record. Most of them we know personally, across EASA and FAA training environments.
Engagement models
Capacity in the shape you need it
Session-based
Individual sessions or weeks, to cover a peak, an examiner gap or an AOG in your instructor roster.
Campaign capacity
A team of instructors for a type-rating campaign, an EIS or a seasonal training wave. Scaled up, then scaled down.
Long-term
Ongoing capacity embedded in your programme, without carrying the fixed cost of a larger permanent corps.
You keep simulator capacity you already own busy. We supply the instructor, not a full training package.
How we work
One arrangement, however many instructors
You tell us what you need and we come back with people. From there we are your single point of contact for terms, planning, invoicing and logistics. That works the same way for a single examiner and for a team covering an entire type-rating campaign: one requirement, one conversation, one set of paperwork with us.
The form the engagement takes depends on your organisation and the country you operate in, so we settle that together when we discuss a concrete requirement. Your legal, HR and procurement teams are welcome in the conversation early.
How it works
Five steps, most of them ours
Tell us what you need
Roles, types, volume and dates. A short call usually sharpens the requirement. We’ve written plenty of them ourselves.
We shortlist
Candidates from our database whose type, currency and background fit your operation.
You approve
You decide who teaches in your organisation, interviews included if you want them.
We settle the paperwork
You settle it once, with us, however many instructors the programme needs.
We handle the logistics
Flights, hotel and transport between hotel and simulator, scheduled around your slots. The instructor shows up ready to work.
Put your requirement in front of us
We’ll tell you honestly whether we can staff it, and how fast.
No cost, no obligation, entirely confidential.
