Who we place
Simulator instructors & examiners
Extensive jet experience (typically 12,500+ hours), a background at a major airline, a valid SFI or TRI qualification (preferably SFE or TRE), a type rating on a common type and a verifiable track record.
Route instructors / LCA
Extensive jet experience, a major-airline background, a valid ATPL and Class 1 medical, a current type rating, preferably with LCA qualification or history.
CRM trainers
Extensive experience as a CRM trainer, a background at a major airline and a verifiable track record.
Our work is airline and simulator training. We don’t place instructors for private-pilot training.

We find the work, settle the terms and arrange the payment, so the only thing you deal with is the training itself. How a client engages you differs per country and per client, and we tell you exactly what applies before you accept an assignment.

Common questions
Does registration cost anything?
No, and you never receive an invoice from us. Before you accept an assignment we agree a fixed fee per session with you, and that is what you are paid.
Am I committing to anything?
No. You decide per assignment. No exclusivity, no minimum availability.
When will I hear from you?
When an assignment fits your profile. We’d rather be honest than noisy: no fit, no spam.
Who do I have a contract with?
With the client. We arrange the assignment and the payment for you, and we walk you through the terms before you accept anything.
