Who we are

Instructorrecruitment.com is a trading name of Pilotrecruitment.com B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 94152934, with offices at De Entree 201, 1101 HG Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We are the controller for the processing described below. You can reach us at info@instructorrecruitment.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, organisation (optional), email address, the category you select and your message.
• Instructor registration: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the roles you cover, aircraft types, a flight-hours range, your current or most recent airline (optional), a CV if you choose to upload one, and anything you add in the free-text field.
• At a possible match: if a concrete assignment may fit you, we ask for the details needed to confirm suitability, such as licence type, licence number, issuing country and validity dates. We deliberately do not ask for these at registration.
• Correspondence: emails you exchange with us.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and to match instructors with assignments. These are steps taken at your request prior to entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep our records accurate and our services working properly. This is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it. Ever.

Who receives your data

• Clients: if you are a registered instructor, we share your profile with a client only when a concrete assignment is at stake, and only what that client needs to assess the match.
• Hosting and email: our website and email run with mijn.host (Netherlands, EEA), under a data processing agreement. Form submissions are also delivered to us by email via the same provider.
• Analytics: we use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics service operated from the EU. It does not track you across sites and stores no personal profiles.

We do not pass your data to other companies of our founders unless you ask us to.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. That is why you see no cookie banner.

How long we keep your data

• Website form submissions, including uploaded files, are automatically deleted after 24 months.
• If you register as an instructor, we keep your profile in our database for as long as you remain registered. You can deregister at any time by emailing us, and we then remove your profile.
• Email correspondence is kept as long as relevant for the relationship.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, data is hosted within the EEA, and access is limited to the two founders.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and you can object to or ask us to restrict a processing. Email info@instructorrecruitment.com and we will respond as soon as we can. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version appears here with a new date.
